Rasha Jules is a Haitian-Canadian photographer, videographer, and the creative mind behind Blue Hour Magazine. Since 2019, when she first picked up a camera, Rasha has been exploring the art of visual storytelling—beginning with photography and naturally evolving into videography and beyond.

Since those early days, Rasha has had the privilege of collaborating with a range of talented individuals across the creative field. Driven by a curiosity to explore new places and connect with other artists, her work reflects a constant search for fresh perspectives and authentic voices.

Based in Calgary, Alberta, Rasha is proud to be part of a growing and vibrant creative community. Her goal is to shine a light on the incredible talent found both locally and abroad through the visual stories they tell. With a commitment to keep creating “for as long as life allows,” Rasha remains continually inspired by the work of others—and equally passionate about sharing that inspiration through her own creative lens.
